From the South: I-95 to Exit 126 A (Fredericksburg) onto Route 1 North (Jefferson Davis Highway). At 2nd stoplight turn right onto Mine Road. Go 1.5 miles down Mine Road through two stoplights. Turn left at third stoplight onto Lansdowne Rd. Go 1.5 miles down Lansdowne Road and turn right onto Latimers Knoll Court at Lansdowne Business Park.
From the North: I-95 to Exit 130A (Route 3 East) towards Fredericksburg. Proceed East for 3 miles onto the Blue-Gray Parkway. Bear right onto South Route 2 and drive 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Lansdowne Road and drive 1 mile to Latimers Knoll Court on the left at Lansdowne Business Park.
